You wanna rock?

So, alot of people (mostly co-workers) say I don't like rock n' roll. That's not totally true. I'm just picky. I'm not into generic boring whiney poser bullshit. So here's a couple of totally kick ass, straight up rock 'n fuckin' roll joints that I love. You can't go wrong with the classics. Enjoy...
REDD KROSS - BORN INNOCENT
ROKY ERICKSON & THE ALIENS - THE EVIL ONE
THE ELECTRIC EELS - EYEBALL OF HELL
TURBO NEGRO - ASS COBRA
PUSSY GALORE - GROOVY HATE FUCK

Narwhalz is a true renaissance man!

Ain't no party like a Teeth Mountain party 'cause a Teeth Mountain party kills cats.
Plus, this pretty much sums up why Narwhalz
rules. Right mama?

gerritt and p. knowles

this is just a sample of a gerritt and p. knowles performance from a few months back. it sort of gives an idea of some of the aesthetic principles being explored in gerritt's current touring pieces. intense and awesome as always. go see it live.

make yr own lightning

As requested here's a sample of Seven Lies About Girls's massive psychomorphic mind bomb "Make Yr Own Lightning". This is one massive three and a half hour long free jam spread across 4 cdrs, intended to be played from any starting point. Personnel for this recording were: J. Eisold- guitar, effects, A. Hibbs (Sword Heaven) - drums, J. Hanniver - sampling, digital manipulation.

There's still 3 or 4 copies available from Teen Action Records so I won't post the whole thing. But, for your listening pleasure, here's the first 20 minutes from the third disc.

Sticky Cherry, Blue Cum

Here's something special to welcome the new year. Awkward misogynistic sex rhymes from the 5th dimension? Possibly,I could find nothing about this album on line. Apparently the only way to grip a copy was to be at one of the Seattle area Starbucks where OMP would pass these out... to the ladies.

R.I.P Rowland S. Howard

His guitar playing has been a huge inspiration to me since I was a teenager. (and still is.) The Birthday Party seriously changed my world. I still get pumped when I here those records.
